St. Petersburg, FL — Today, retired Brigadier General Leela Gray’s campaign for Florida’s 13th Congressional District announced raising over $1.4 million in Q3 of 2026. Following a decisive primary victory in late August, Gray’s campaign raised $900,000 in September alone. Nearly 83% of contributions were $100 or less, with 12,667 individual contributions, demonstrating strong grassroots support for Gray’s campaign to tackle the cost of living crisis, crack down on corruption, and bring service-over-self leadership to Washington.
Gray enters the final sprint of the general election with growing momentum. Three national race raters have moved FL-13 into a more competitive position within the past two weeks, while Gray is out-communicating Anna Paulina Luna 2:1 on the airwaves.
"Neighbors, veterans, small business owners, seniors, and working families across FL-13 powered this campaign in the third quarter because they are ready for change and accountable leadership in Washington. Families here work harder than ever, pay some of the highest insurance rates in the country, and still watch prices climb at the grocery store and the doctor's office,” said Gray. “Anna Paulina Luna voted to raise housing costs and threatened programs that provide rental assistance to 600,000 families. We have to make Washington work for our people, not just the wealthy and well-connected. On November 3, FL-13 voters will choose between more of the same and a representative who delivers for this community.”
Gray’s 30 years of service to our country were defined by service over self — the same principle driving her campaign today. She enters the final month of the campaign with the resources to win in November, and an action plan to lower costs and tackle Washington corruption head-on, having rolled out several policy platforms in recent weeks.
